Jonggöntje House

Situated in the centre of Nieblum, this stylish and traditional Frisian house with its thatched roof is a place where you can feel at peace and relax on your holiday alone, as a couple or with your whole family. Every apartment is furnished in an individual, nautical style. Shades of blue and white as well as warm earth colours create a welcoming atmosphere. The garden with patio and the property's own sauna are perfect places to relax after eventful days.

The Kommandeur House is a detached holiday home with a colourful history. Original features, such as the hand-painted ceiling decorations, have been lovingly restored - in keeping with a well-appointed and exclusive, thatched country house. The secluded and extensive grounds (more than 1000 m2) in the heart of the romantic village of Nieblum offer lots of space for an exclusive family holiday with plenty of privacy.

The former sea captain's village of Nieblum with just under 600 inhabitants and thatched houses is the most beautiful village on the island. Almost four miles of white sandy beaches are waiting for you just a few minutes' bicycle ride away.  The exciting whaling history is omnipresent in St. John's church, which dates back to the 12th century.  And the best way to round off the many days of sunshine is to visit one of the cafés and restaurants and savour their local specialities. Once you have been here, you will want to return.

Your holiday starts as soon as you arrive, and with our numerous services and extras we can help you enjoy every moment. You will find fresh sheets on the beds, bathroom and beach towels laid out and an additional cot already set up if required. We will also be happy to stock up your fridge, organise your tourist card and a wicker beach chair ready for your arrival.
We can provide a tailor-made shopping and cleaning service throughout your stay. And if you would like to bring your dog with you, please let us know so that we can reserve a suitable property for you.

A holiday for two in the „Offizier´s“ Apartment.
The „Offizier´s“ Apartment can also be booked separately in the off-season and mid-season periods. During peak season it can only be booked in conjunction with the Reeder and „Kapitän´s” Houses.

Terms and conditions for special offers: Only available for the specified period; subject to availability. A deposit of 20 % of the total amount is payable by bank transfer at the time of booking. The balance is due 3 weeks before the date of your arrival and payable by bank transfer.
